I'm starting to "get it" a little more, but still not happy.

so (i guess) jack helps mib b/c taking that "cork" out makes mib mortal and able to be killed. ok. but how did jack (or more importantly, kate since she took the shot after seeing earlier that bullets did nothing) know that?

ben won't move on b/c he still has to 'atone' for what he has done, perhaps?

michael was not in the church b/c he is stuck on island as one of the whispering 'lost souls'. i can buy that. never liked him much anyways.

here's a few other random thoughts that still have me confused...

why does sayid end up with shannon when the entire series had us rooting for him and nadia? sort of makes most of his back story invalid.

where's sun and jin's kid? wouldnt she be part of their life on island that moves on with them just as aaron goes on with claire?

so kate and sawyer leave and live their lives then eventually die (of old age i can only assume) only to move on with losties? they never married or had kids when they got back that they'd want to be with? then what was the point in leaving?
