I never did get an email with a new password. Support finally responded to an email I sent them 8 hours ago before the site came back up.

They sent me a new password to login.  As far as I can tell, the automated email is broken.  I tried it twice, once over 7 hours ago and again about 3 hours ago.


If you are still waiting, I suggest sending an email to support@hsx.com.  I just hope it doesn't take another 8 hours for them to respond to everyone.
