Antibody HELP!!

I noticed that when i bought 100,000 share in BCHRS it went through twice. i tried to sell 100,000 of the shares to correct the glitch but it sold all 200,000 but only credited 100,000 to me. i've just lost over 2 mil because of the glitch. Details below.

Can you give me my H$2,020,000 back?
