The answer is such revenues will NOT be included in HSX box office numbers. Primarily because there are no reliable sources for what those revenues are. None of the streaming services release that information on a per title basis, which makes sense since they are all subscription based. Heck, the streaming services can't even agree on what constitutes a "viewing". I believe it is Netflix that considers a title "viewed" if someone watches just 5 or 10 minutes of it.
In short, trying to include streaming revenue with box office is like adding your dog's age and how many miles you drove yesterday to find out how many apples you have. It doesn't work.
