The African-American Fund (AFRAM) will invest in StarBonds of Black talents and their attached movies (and related derivatives). The fund manager also has the discretion to include non-Americans of African descent in the fund based on whether they portray Americans in their movies.
The fund will also invest in movies about African Americans and movies featuring a main cast of African Americans.
AFRAM will delist when it gets to its target of $100.
