Description

Jodie Foster will star in a supporting role as a one-legged nun, Sister Ascension, in this what could be best described as a dark comedy. Altar Boys, set in Savannah, Georgia, tells the story of a rebellious gang of Catholic school friends who plan a heist designed to make them local legends.

Vincent D'Onofrio, Jena Malone, Kieran Culkin and Emile Hirsch round out the cast. Peter Care directs the film which is based on the novel by Chris Fuhrman. The movie will feature animated sequences by Todd McFarlane.
