Description

The 1969-set drama AWOL stars Austin Stowell as a young soldier in Vietnam who gets dumped by his hometown girlfriend, played by Aimee Teagarden. He deserts with a friend, played by Liam Hemsworth, and heads home to Michigan to win her back. Danny Mooney directs from a script by Jim Burstein and Garrett Schiff based on a true story.
