Description

Trumbo examines Hollywood screenwriter Dalton Trumbo who was blacklisted from the years 1947 to 1960. The film centers on the price he paid for coming under the glare of Senator Joseph McCarthy. Nathan Lane portrays the late writer while Joan Allen, Michael Douglas, Brian Dennehy read from a wide list of his letters. Peter Askin directed the film.
