Lionsgate has unleashed the theatrical trailer for Millennium's Hercules: The Legend Begins [HRCLB]. Kellan Lutz [KLUTZ] star in the origin story of Hercules, the demi-god who has been betrayed by his stepfather and lost his love to his stepbrother. He is forced to fight as a Galdiator and lead a 300-like army in battle. Hercules: The Legend Begins has been rushed into theaters on January 10th to beat the other Hercules starring Dwayne Johnson.
Focus Features has released a second teaser for LAIKA's animated The Boxtrolls [BOXTR] on Apple that's more like a featurette. Rather than present the story, the trailer puts a human touch to the film by going behind the scenes to show the techniques of stop-motion animation on how the characters are crafted and the sets created prior to filming. The Boxtrolls opens next year on September 26th.

The Weinstein Co. has unveiled the full-length trailer for their young adult fantasy adaptation Vampire Academy [VACDM]. Zoey Deutch plays a half human/vampire who goes to a special school to protect her vampire best friend, played by Lucy Fry. It's Twilight meets Mean Girls, which shares the same director. Vampire Academy opens its doors on February 14th.
