I too have a large port...
($1.6B) and I do understand wanting to free up cash, or clean up your port on some days, as I did as well...however.... I don't feel this is a reason to bail on the site.
Sure, there are some things I wish would be better (faster port issues) but I still enjoy most of the site, and I've found that over the years (been here 10+) that the site HAS generally gotten better - not worse.
Remember that this version is still a "beta" version, and there may be more improvements coming (port issues may be one of them)...so I'm willing to give HSX the benefit of the doubt and see where it goes.
I still enjoy the movies, finding out about movie info, etc. I think still one of the MOST fun for ME aspects of the game is trying to guess openers...so I find that to be one of the reasons I stick around.
I don't trade many stocks each week, and yes, I did like to 'clean' up the 'red' in my port from time to time on commission free days, but I can live without it, if I need to....the other aspects of the game are enough to keep me around.
Sorry to hear you that you no longer feel the site is worth the time, but perhaps you may want to stick around and offer tips/trading advice to newer players on Players Board...I find that they need the experience of players like yourself who've done well.... give that some thought...??? Movies are still fun, and perhaps you may find a new area that you enjoy about the game by offering some advice and tips??
