For a port of your size, the first big milestone would be getting to $10M net worth, I'd say. Once you're there, it should hopefully get a bit easier to make more money and your port should keep increasing (if you know what you're doing lol). I'd suggest developing a strategy for your port as to how to invest your money. Pay attention to some of the helpful tips on this board in particular, and you shouldn't have any troubles. There are plenty of players on here who have been playing this game for quite a long time, so if you get stuck or you need some hints and tips, just ask and someone will help you.
One thing I would suggest is joining the Port Value League for your port size. There should be quite a few other players in the league that might be able to help you with strategies as well, and it's good to have a bit of healthy competition between players, it helps to motivate and grow.
