Another way to look at it....it is a pretty cheap buy in with, usually, a decent upside. Many players buy at IPO and just let it ride.

Since there is not a lot of activity, there is not a lot of upward pressure on BW's to rise.  Many of them stay ARB from the underlying stock delist until they delist themselves.

Occasionally, one will overshoot the mark and it is time to reverse to a short.  You have to just pay attention. If a particular BW is ARB, just be happy, hold on and soon enough you will be rewarded.
