Blockbuster Warrant Question

I must misunderstand how Blockbuster Warrants work because right now the $225M Skyfall Blockbuster Warrant is trading at H$21.18 yet according to the formula: Actual Box Office - Strike Price, if the Warrant would be cashed out today (the film is only in its 8th week) it would be at H$55.00 since the current box office tally is ~$280M, so using the formula, $280M-225M = $55.00. So why is it only trading at H$21.18?

I'm new with Blockbuster Warrants so I'm sure I'm missing something, just don't know what.
