A lot of people purchased at IPO and since it takes 12 weeks to delist they will invest their money

in other stocks that have a better droi and they won't have to hold onto the stock for 12 weeks. The closer that it gets to delist the higher the price will go and it won't be an ARB anymore. Hope that helps.

Another way to look at it....it is a pretty cheap buy in with, usually, a decent upside. Many players buy at IPO and just let it ride. BUY BONDS 19 Dec 27, 11:42
