In the event of a movie starting limited then going wide, (ABE, MISS4) it is the wide date that starts the clock. 

In the case of CROOD.BW, CROOD opened wide on 3/22/13.  80 days later  (10+30+31+9) ends on Sunday June 9, 2013.  If it gets up to 181, less a strike of 125, a delist of 46 appears to be approximately correct.  CROOD.BW seems ARB and will never catch up.
