Yes and No - but thanks to the way Halted to Active works with limit orders it doesn't matter most of the time
After the star bonds have been halted (I'm in the UK so I can do this Tuesday lunchtime) I create the limit orders for the ones that I want to trade, because the limit order won't process whilst the bond is halted, I can use "silly" values (i.e. sell/short with a limit of 0.01 and buy/cover with a limit of 250), so once the stock is adjusted and then made active, the limit orders are guaranteed to kick in.
If I'm not going to be able to get to a computer around adjust time, I will set-up limit orders for what I believe it will adjust to (I have a spreadsheet), but build in a little bit of "give", so I could make potentially less money, but also won't have the bond hanging around when I don't want it.
