Great call JDolphin. I had considered Downton Abbey as well but have not yet gotten to any of their SBs in my research.

The answer that I am currently leaning towards is that they can count but that I am thinking I'll exclude daytime soaps no matter what the country. Simply too large of a cast count for soaps. Plus, many soap stars have to make a pitstop in primetime before they are ready to make the jump to the big screen anyway since, well, soap opera acting.
