Limitations?
When I took over the SCIFI Fund all the limitations were reviewed with me via email from Antibody. I would expect similar will be happening with the manager of the new fund. I had to sign off that I understood all the limitations and what I could and could not do and the various other little rules and regulation. He sent such email to me just a few days before the SCIFI Fund went IPO. I am sure the fund manager will be able to share a lot more information as time gets closer to the IPO date. Also, I did not write my own discription of the fund. That was already in place or done by Antibody. Good luck to you in your new adventure.
