Ok, so if I'm understanding correctlly

 When price is say 0.25 high SELL and SHORT the stock (at cost of 0.04, 0.02 to sell and 0.02 to short? If under 2.00 that is) then once it is low COVER and BUY (again at a cost of 0.04, 0.02 to cover and 0.02 to buy) meaning that an 0.08 difference is needed for commision and over that is profit? At least under the 2.00 price.
