At the bottom of the page if you click on glossary and go to commission it will tell you the answer. Basically it is 1% commission...

Each way.  Your lower priced stocks will cost .02 per share so if you bought a stock at .47 at 100,000 shares it would cost you a total of 49000 so keep that in mind when buying cheaper stocks.

You are correct. If you wait until the stock cashes out you don't pay commission on it. {nm} Quickslver99 Jun 03, 10:33
