A couple of things you may have forgotten...
...from the home page instructions: 1) on your native HSX port page, you have to go to the bottom and enable the section head summary info. Eh, that's probably stored for your account. 2) you have so set up a browser exception, to allow pop-up windows from HSX, as the trade confirmations are seen.
