Neil, you don't have to spend a lot of time here to do well at the game.
I consider myself a casual player because I am usually only playing during my lunch break at work. While I do check the forums (and post the odd smartass comment) at other times if things are slow at work, I'm really not trading unless there's an obvious need to do something with a security due to big news and even then I may not notice the need until the next day. It contains some things I've learned from experience here and reading other players' posts.
