when a stock is trading below its current worth and can only adjust up, it is called "ARB"
when a stock is trading above its current worth and can only adjust down, this is the opposite of ARB... = BRA
KREEV is currently not BRA, because the release date of his next movie could change, or his price could change before his next movie is released... which is why HSX does not like players posting ARB/BRA until the movie is released and it is locked in for adjust...
when KREEV next movie is released, KREEV will be BRA.
