Haven't even the superstitious yahoos given up on Mel Gibson by now? Even if they are inclined to tolerate or even support him,
one would expect the self-preservation instinct alone to cause every functioning adult to distance himself from Gibson by now. What actor would wish to work with him? (OK, OK . . . O.J. Simpson, Kim Kardashian, Kirk Cameron. But a four-person cast seems inadequate for a Viking epic.) At this point, I would expect Lindsay Lohan to pass. Which is to her credit.
Unless this film really is a four-person production that is screened solely by the 700 Club, I doubt it will be made. At least, not with Mel Gibson involved. Delta House would rather watch the Omegas in a Greek Week production in top hats and bow ties, dancing and prancing with canes and tap shoes, than another Mel Gibson movie.
