Most of the time, excess cash is the problem, not finding worthy opportunities. Playing the players is a worthy consideration, but so is the prospect of an eight-figure gain in a reasonable period. If you're not willling to short or buy something, with justification, the offering price might have been a reasonably good call.
Did September arrive early this H$year? (We know, we know, check the calendar . . . we did, but couldn't find any mention of an early onset for September . . . and it sure seems unseasonably chilly in big-cap territory recently.)
