Actually the unofficial formula for UK to US box office was pretty spot on this time.
US opening BO in $ = 10x UK opening BO in £ (which was £8.4m).
It is still a rough guide though but works okay for Hollywood movies, as opposed to British films.
F&F6 made £8.6 millions this weekend so we'll see if it opens to $86m in the US.
