I dispute that it "belongs" in Movies.
The focus of the post was specifically on actors without regard to what movie(s) they appear in. There was no mention of "movies" in your posts at all or anything related to movies. Everyone of them could have made that list by appearing on TV, stage productions, commercials or public appearances. It was a post about Actors and therefore belongs in the Stars section.
As for my experience, the larger forum I helped moderate has approximately 450,000 registered members of which about 10% post on a regular basis. I stepped down from there because of personal and time issues but have a standing invitation to return to being a Mod. There are a couple of other sites I help out on but they're small and its more helping out the site owners as I have relationships with them from elsewhere online.
As for the rest of your diatribe, I got too bored with the chest-thumping, huffing and puffing to bother reading it.
