There are heaps of things that would be helpful to know, but aren't announced by HSX - starbonds being attached to moviestocks aren't always
announced, starbonds being removed from moviestocks are rarely announced, moviestock phase changes aren't, release date changes sometimes slip through the cracks, and so on
Honestly, I don't think HSX has an obligation to make these kind of general announcements. Outside of responding to queries or comments on these boards, I think they have better things to do. Ultimately, it's up to traders to figure these things out for themselves.
However, if you are concerned about saving traders time, maybe you could make a weekly post about what limiteds in release have reported BO and which haven't. It would take you ten minutes, save time for others and help rebuild community on the site.
