I understand your points now. ( I had never said that "Brooklyn's Finest " might not get a theatrical release, though)
But the cases of "Brooklyn's Finest" and "Black Dynamite" are very different.
In the case of "Brooklyn's Finest", Senator bought the film ,and SPWAG was set to release that film on video on behalf of Senator. Senator was running the show, not SPWAG. (Of course, Senator is no longer running the show)
On the other hand, SPWAG bought "Black Dynamite", and then SPWAG released the film through Apparition. SPWAG was running the show in this case.
Anyway, I had no intention to misguide traders to assume "The Experiment" will be STV; I'm so sorry if my action have that kinds of effect. (As I said in the first post, I guessed SPWAG would release this film theatrically through non-Sony distributor )
