Surprise relative to my own analysis - March comps, for example. Didn't see it in Top 3 territory.
I missed the mark, just like I'll do again sometime this year. If I can learn something from it, then I consider it fruitful. I tend to assign more weight to critics than I should, incorrectly assuming sentiments should align with moviegoers in general.
