I'm really surprised by the reaction to this. It's clearly a case of two wrongs not making a right...

...and the third wrong being doing it on live TV, of course, rather than hashing things out in a quiet moment after the ceremony. I just don't get the people have instinctually turned against Smith or even Will Packer for what happened, and to me, it's just another sign of the kind of subverted racism this country still sees daily despite everyone's desire to be "woke" and PC.
