Basically She-Hulk sets up Captain America: New World Order which then sets up a loose adaptation of World War Hulk ala THOR4 being a loose adaptation of Planet Hulk.

They originally reported that somehow magically WWH was begining production this year, which I'm guessing may be that they got their wires crossed on CAPTAIN AMERICA 4 (which isn't begining production until 2023, but that could just be a production delay) not knowing at the time The Leader was the villian for that.
