Looks like IMAX and the high end PLF formats (like DOLBY/XD) are going to sellout regularly at least its first two weekends (Christmas Eve is on Saturday which will hurt) will moviegoers sellout REAL D, of which the majority of showtimes will be in is the question.
[I think 2D will also sellout especially if it's kept to just one or two screens of 5+ but be more walk-up business]
Glancing at AVATAR 2 advance sales, good business in IMAX and Dolby, almost no REAL D/2D Sales for Thursday pre-opens. Nov 21, 10:14
