REUTERS: AMC sued in Delaware over the settlement in the Chancery lawsuit that was just approved.

Gist, a holder of AMC $APE stock is suing to get the same settlement considerations given to $AMC holders. The narrowing of the release in the settlement basically opened up this lawsuit.  If they prevail it's likely AMC is going to wind up spending as much money as they raised by selling $APE settling lawsuits over it (around half a billion dollars).
