Movies

I'm completely jealous; I kept thinking I'd get to watch - One in IMAX again, but no, not here. I'm hoping it still happens down the road.

My dream/hope is that this new movie is going to be really good, and it will drive more business than expected again, and then, after the holidays are wrapped up and we get more into the slow time of winter, IMAX pulls their head out and shows both of these Godzilla films in the big IMAX format for the fans to see both.

I've been looking so forward to this new movie; minus One was one of the greatest theater experiences I ever had. Just stunning. I've watched it several times, it completely holds up, and I'm so looking forward to the new one, I just KNEW that the director would treat the fans to a special second film, and it sounds like he's done that.

I just wish I could somehow talk my wife into going and see the movies with me. I just can't convince her. I told her, "this is one of the greatest war/post war films ever made. And it just happens to have Godzilla showing up from time to time, creating complete chaos and carnage in the most bad ass ways ever seen. Don't think of it as a Godzilla movie; think of it as a tremendous story about the resiliency of post war Japan, it's a real stunner.  Nope. LOL.
