Hmmm... what do you mean?
I mean, what do you mean "naming" it? Have you composed this, and are looking for the name to sum it up for someone else?
What I hear: so the constant piano activity precedes the first big percussion event, and the subsequent harmonic event, the tentative move from vi to I. It sounds like it's going to fall back into the original key. Therefore...
1. It's a segue, a suture joining two things together, or announcing something new supplanting something exhausted, spent.
2. It's the attempt to launch something new, a departure, an embarking.
3. This sense that it is going to collapse back in on itself suggests some kind of claustrophobia, as if the "new" is a bounded, limited impulse (represented in the rhythmic activity in the piano) which won't pay off.
So, names...
Futility. Desperation. Initiative. Unresigned. Henry V. Scheming.
