Overall, I am having a better experience with Chrome than I did with FF

I surfed my normal internet places last night using Chrome and overall the pages seemed to load faster.

 

I have adblocker plus for Chrome (it looks like adblocker plus element hider is built into adblocker plus for Chrome).

I found an acceptable reload ad on

color tabs are not available for Chrome (I understand why, but it was a little and bell and whistle that helped me)

edzep's League Genie does not work in Chrome (but his other scripts do: port monkey; nosy; forum styler; chimp and I have them loaded)

I will be checking into LastPass? later today (whatever master password extension you mentioned earlier in this thread) 

I will be checking into putting Chrome on my smartphone (with LastPass?) so I have the same goodies everywhere.

Does the UI of Firefox 29 suck, or what? Especially if you're interested in maximum usable vertical space. edzep - Port Monkey! May 10, 06:11

Chrome has never worked well on my 'puters. Very slow. And, once configured, FF gives me more vertical content space. I'm kinda stuck edzep - Port Monkey! May 11, 17:57

Thanks for the vote of confidence! ;) You'll never see colored grouped tabs on Chrome. The UI cannot be changed like FF. eyescovered May 12, 04:15

Oh, and Chrome is on a 6 week cycle for new releases similar to what FF does. And it's been getting better every time I try it. eyescovered May 12, 04:21

Really? I have the same (if not more) vertical space than FF. Never seen Chrome run slow. Have you had it installed for a while? Maybe reset eyescovered May 12, 04:09
