oversee it? If the govt can't get their act together for the health care of these veterans how are they going to do something new? Plus I don't see the states and local schools allowing the Federal govt to get involved in an area the have been handling. Sadly my state would probably pass a law against any federal involvement if there was even a whisper of this happening.
And to ask again - where is the money going to come from? And how is this new law going to get passed. If the democrats propose it the republicans will be against it and if the repubs propose it the dems will be against it.
I feel sorry for your friends but unless someone with alot of money throws it on one side or the other I don't see anything happening.
