Anyway, it related to an allegation that one person acted in an aggressive and belittling way towards another in a meeting. The FB defriending (which happened immediately after) is evidence that supports that particular allegation.
And there were another 17 allegations made to show evidence of unreasonable workplace behavious. Several of those were made out, several were not and the overall finding was that it amounted to bullying.
