If you're going to assume it one way for one President, you have to use that same assumption for all. Or provide facts.
As someone who lived in one of hte hardest hit areas from the economic collapse in 2008 (which we could blame on a R President since he was in office), that area is still hovering near 10% when you include those who can and are willing to work, but have run out of benefits.
And before you accuse me, I'm not a democrat. :)
