Unless we're missing something, there's not much more than about H$4.3 billion that can be invested by a portfolio. We scouted for securities we didn't hold this morning and found relatively little out there. Sitting at H$4.28 billion invested.
Where do the $15 billion portfolios put the cash above H$4.3 billion, other than cash?
