Smooth talker with lots of promises, but no intention of following through.  He quietly and subtly elevated social, racial, and class tensions to extemes.  A silver tongue with devlish intentions.  

Trump is a bull in a china shop, but you know exactly where he stands, and he makes every attempt to follow through on his promises, sometimes using questionable tactics.  My only defense for him is that he's a doer, where Obama was a talker.  If you don't like what Trump promises, vote him out, because he will do it.  The disconnect between Obama's rhetoric and his actions is deplorable, but he's a sharp guy and be fools a lot of people.
