stamps on the court. the 5-4 "conservative" majority could have struck down Roe anytime in the last 40 years. they don't because they know the day they do, the game is up.  but in the meantime, they have allowed it to be hollowed out at the state level with a host of "reasonable" restrictions on how abortions can be legally performed.

in the meantime, John Roberts manufactures Citizens United for unlimited corporate campaign money and Shelby to reinstall Jim Crow voting restrictions nationwide.  it's all just a big three-card monte game with Roe v. Wade as the queen to distract pundits from the gutting of any remotely anti-corporate laws and regulations
