True...but that is compensate (offset) by the fact that they earn interest (crap interest but interest) in their cash part.

I am not saying that interest completely offset that, could be even a bonus depending the case (don't have the data) but definetely is compensation. In the expresion that was taken into account..

C Y (1+abs(Z)) . Ignore C (it is to make things pretty later on, it can be 1) The thing that gives most weight is Y (how much actual profit you did in the day)

For greater ports Y should be bigger than malller ports, so larger ports have the advantage there then you are giving a bonus ( percentage gain) to that amount. Smaller ports will have the advantage there. Odd are that that bonus should be increased to make more justice for smaller ports. Anyways all that together is reduced later proportional according to port size without gaps.

Since the amount you make is what rules biger ports will have the advantage so they are taking a hit there, but this hit is proportional (everyone gets a piece of it,) and dimishes so people you are close to are getting the same - again proportional) but even more it decreases itself to nothing (compared to the other players when the player increases their port to mega levels. So after certain amount of money to Mega player it becomes how much they made and how fast which is the ultimate offset to what you just mention.
