as bad as I thought. I did it the way I usually do. I opened a window (1) with the calendar in Sports Fund. Then I had a window (2) with my port sorted alphabetically. Finally I had a third window (3) with the advanced trader thingie. I scrolled (2) down to star bonds. Then I compared it to (1) to see if I was holding ABALD. Regardless of my holding I clicked on the calendar link to see ABALD's page and determine if he was a long or short. Then went to (3) to sell/cover and buy/short. Finally backed (1) to calendar again and set (3) to buy/sell/cover/short again.
Now...my process may have ALWAYS been tedious compared to other power traders but it works for me and fortunately did not change in the transition to new HSX. Page load times were not terrible bad as I switched PC's and the typing of stock amounts everytime is TEDIOUS...max default would be loverly. But I always had to type "19999" in anyway if I was flipping a stock for a day or two.
The qualifier to my not being horrified is my system of bond buying/flipping/etc. may be slower than what smarter traders do anyway.
