From being up $4M to down $21M after one trade!

I bought SPOB2 this morning and just sold it. I was ahead on the day by about $4mill before I sold the position and now I am down $21mill on the day. Is it an issue with all HSX users or just me? How can I get it changed to reflect my true net worth?
