Resistance to change
People are usually resistant to change; that is normal. I hated it when the site changed last fall and I still hate it now. I had been visiting this site on an almost daily for 8 years already and I notice that I don't come as often now. I just don't see the point anymore. The way the portfolio is displayed just doesn't make any sense at all. You can't read anything and therefore, you cannot see your progress. It just takes the fun away. It is even worse if you add the fact that the 30-60-90 day chart is not there anymore. I really don't mind the updates but why would you change something that people liked (especially when you consider the response that you got last fall - people said very clearly that they liked the original display). Why don't you listen to the users?
