Need Trading Support?

If you are having technical issues when attempting to make trades, send an email to support@hsx.com. Please include your username, operating system (for example, Windows Vista) and as detailed an explanation as possible of the problem you are having. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Before sending any support questions you should check the Feedback & Support forums to see if others are having similar problems or if there is a solution to your particular issue.
