Description

Magnolia, the follow up to Boogie Nights from screenwriter/director Paul Thomas Anderson, first made news when Tom Cruise signed on to play in the film. Other performers include Julianne Moore, William H. Macy, Luis Guzman, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Ricky Jay, Phillip Baker Hall, John C. Reilly and Melora Walters.

This ensemble production weaves through the lives of nine characters telling one story set in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley on a random day where everything from circumstance to fate brings them together or tears them apart.
