Trading Halted for Site Update but prices changing Tallwonder Nov 03, 21:27

I haven't found that HSX compensates a port for this type of situation... Flash Nov 04, 08:25

When did you see trading halted? The site was down briefly on Sunday for about an hour but that's about it. {nm} Antibody Nov 04, 09:23

quicio's predictions pquicio Nov 02, 11:44

Hmmm Grunt Nov 02, 18:35

It does seem I added up MALF2 wrong. I found boxoffice mojo easier to use to assess daily predictions {nm} pquicio Nov 02, 20:12

Yep Mojo was definitely easier & I am sure that The-Numbers will quickly adjust. {nm} Grunt Nov 03, 06:05

Bond Port Update NVT_vs_bonds Oct 30, 22:24

Good luck. {nm} Grunt Oct 31, 08:04

I started a "bond" port several years ago...but it was always so hard to keep up (for me) Flash Oct 31, 10:57

The biggest help came from another player who gifted me a spread sheet. This was after the demise of one of the StarBondFund Nov 01, 08:02

I just find the time I have to play here, it's sometimes so hard to keep up (with huge ports) on every aspect of the site. :-) {nm} Flash Nov 01, 14:54

Early January is great for bonds so you'll have a better year than if it was Jan1-jan1. I think 120 is doable. {nm} MattW Nov 01, 08:08

People selling JOKER today ahead of delist, walk me through your process {nm} Noah66 Oct 28, 13:24

I sold it last week about 4 points lower than it is now. ndmaster Oct 28, 14:35

Not everyone has 'unlimited' cash. {nm} ndmaster Oct 28, 14:36

If that's the case, don't pay $270,000 to cash out! {nm} Noah66 Oct 28, 17:13

Did you even read my post? Pay attention. ndmaster Oct 28, 18:59

The post was specifically about selling Today, when you would lose a BIG comission. Not selling it generally. You should read the post. {nm} JDolphin Oct 28, 23:15

Yeah, not really talking about general profit Noah66 Oct 29, 06:38

To profit 1.8m on, I'll take it. {nm} ndmaster Oct 29, 12:22

Fair enough. I guess I glossed over that part. Sorry if I came across like a douche. {nm} ndmaster Oct 29, 14:19

help with not reported box office adjusts ? Does it adjust to the last TAG at the date of the delist? or no adjust at all? latafilms Oct 26, 11:30

The bonds are detached before the movie delists, so they do not adjust. The movie is not included in any further calculations {nm} JDolphin Oct 26, 12:20

If the star bond price keeps moving down it might be because people don't realize the movie has zero BO or the bonds have been detachedtac {nm} JDolphin Oct 26, 12:50

Time for another silly question for people to one up each other. Or in this case one down each other. DTravel Oct 24, 13:05

yeah, by the time I noticed it had lost so much value I figured I'd just hold onto it rather than sell and watch for it to go back up {nm} egolub Oct 24, 20:28

Is there a halt after the Starbond adjust to sell at the adjust price, or i may lose my profit to the market? latafilms Oct 20, 12:41

You can always set a Limit Order to sell when the Star bond reaches a certain point (adjusting up)...remember though Flash Oct 20, 14:06

Yes, prices are frozen the day of the adjust. You can trade it without worrying about drastic swings, post-adjust. ndmaster Oct 20, 14:35

Great thanks!!! {nm} latafilms Oct 20, 15:42

The more you understand about Starbonds, the more you will love them! (Kaigee.com) {nm} Grunt Oct 20, 18:41

oh yes I love them! I dont understand KDEVE adjust though. anywone did the math and can explain? {nm} latafilms Oct 22, 17:40

Something went wrong with the TAGs for all the starbonds attached to TTFLW and they adjusted wrong. {nm} DTravel Oct 22, 22:15

Will this be solved? It doesn't seem like they will correct this! {nm} latafilms Oct 23, 09:18

Scratch that, Antibody already posted that it has been corrected. DTravel Oct 23, 14:26
